How many times have you posted this?  I keep finding another copy!

If you're asking whether it is your flu jab that caused you to feel like this,  it doesn't usually..  Temazepam could cause some of the side effects you mention

    https://patient.info/medicine/temazepam

It is addictive.  I wouldn't want to take it for any length of time.

The Bisocodyl is for your constipation

What is your diet like?  You can generally deal with constipation by eating a diet with plenty of fruit and Veg and also, plenty of fluids...........ie water

You should probably go back to your GP if things haven't improved

If you are taking this, it can leave you feeling drowsy.

I think you ought to go to your doctor again and ask him whether you can stop taking everything that you currently take and see how you feel once they have disappeared from your system.  Include the over the counter medications in this.  You ought to feel better within a fortnight but it could take 4 weeks.

Then, start the Adcal D3 or whatever you take and see how you feel.  I was prescribed Adcal D3 and I didn't feel well but couldn't put a finger on it, so I stopped taking it.  I was prescribed it because I have been taking [prescribed] steroids for 3 years.

Perhaps you won't need anything to help with constipation.

Let me know how you get on.

I have hot sweats, extreme tiredness, insomnia, sore and gritty eyes and frequent urination. I was also diagnosed with extreme vitamin D deficiency in May. I assumed all these symptoms were steroid side effects and PMR symptoms, so have taken nothing apart from getting some eye drops from the chemist.  I was also given vit D supplement by my GP. My vit D count is now 52, ie normal, I think it was also improved by lying out in the sun and relaxing which helps combat the tiredness. If I can't sleep I read, listen to the radio or play with my iPad!  I have also got rid of the constipation by eating vast amounts of veg and some fruit, but no gluten or simple carbs.

I forgot to say I work for a small electronics company and have a fantastic office chair that I can tip back and relax in, which I find really helps while I build up my stamina for the next email or whatever. I also find swimming helps the pain, after a swim in a warm pool I feel much better. I then have a shower with the hot water warming my shoulders which is shere bliss. The only downside is my friends keep telling me I smell of chlorene.
