Anyone else have weird bouts of fatigue with Frozen Shoulder? I will have days here and there where I am completely exhausted and feel so disconnected and out of it. Anyone else have this too?

Absolutely April456, the pain alone gave me huge amounts of fatigue, but then there's the inflammation, the fibrosis and adjustment of the whole body to moving with one or two limbs severely limited, and then there's the lack of sleep, and the entire lifestyle adjustment that goes long with all of this..... yaaaaawn!!

1 night I've only slept 6 hours in nearly 8 months! Frozen shoulder is the most painful thing ever! Feel for you. 😢

Yes. I have some days where the fatigue is unbearable. But I’ve got 4 teenagers and a stressful full time job so I push through. I have Thyroid issues so it could be related to that as well. However, I have removed Gluten and Dairy from my diet in the last three weeks and my energy has improved quite a bit. Also eating a lot more leafy greens.
I’m six months in to this FS nightmare but in the last week the pain has reduced significantly. I think I’m in the second phase. My ROM is still less than 90 degrees. But again pain is much better so much more manageable. No more tears in public places when I move my arm! From July to November pain was a 12 on a scale of 1-10. Now it’s more like a 6-7.
I’ve had three shots of Prolotherapy in my shoulder and I’m starting to think it’s actially starting to help heal the shoulder.
Wish you all luck. No one knows what FS is like unless they’ve experienced it.
Just take it one day at a time and stay positive. 🙏🏻

I had great deal of exhaustion too during healing process...not only my grey hair grew out of control, left side of my face just wrinkled so much with last few months. I know it was taking lot of tolls on my body and the immunity system. Just imagined recovery from a cold can wear us out, let alone FS is a long term , minute to minute battle. Of course one will feel depressed , tired and drained.
One unsuccessful exercise can wipe me out for two days.. thus you are not alone...please no feel discouraged
