Fatigue, headache, foggy head, trouble concentrating for 6 months

I am a 18 year old male, and for the past 6 months, I have been pretty miserable. I haven't had a symptom free day in the past 1/2 year. It all started with an allergic reaction to Dayquil, after I had a prolonged cold back in October. I don't know if this reaction has anything to do with my symptoms, however after it happened is when I first noticed my symptoms. The entire list of symptoms is

- fatigue

- headache

- constant brain fog

- pain behind eyes

- difficulty concentrating

- facial pressure and tenderness

- dark rings above my eyes and below my eyebrows

- clogged ears

- head pressure

All of these symptoms together make my day to day life pretty bad, however the worst symptom of them all is the fatigue. I sleep at least 8 hours a night, and still feel tired throughout the entire day. When I'm at the gym I just get the urge to close my eyes and sleep in the middle of an intense workout. The fatigue and the headache pretty much go hand in hand and are almost constant in my day to day life.

I've been to many different specialists, I've had my blood drawn (all clear), have been treated for sinusitis and I have even has a sinus surgery. I then was screened for environmental allergies, which were also all clear. And after all of this treatment, I feel exactly the same as when the symptoms first started, which is a tad discouraging. At this point I'm searching for any possibility that could be causing me these symptoms, as I want nothing more than to return to my normal life. Anything helps, thanks.

Have you been tested for Lyme Disease? Any major dental work carried out around the time symptoms started? I’ve the same symptoms nearly 3 years now. All tests are clear. I’ve had multiple MRIs. Seen an ENT And Neirologiat. Only short term relief I get is from going to physio. My neck is pretty tight and causes a lot of the head pressure.

First off, get a copy of your labs if you don’t already and make sure all of your numbers are actually normal. I was told my labs were normal for months when they actual weren’t.

Looking at your list of symptoms a few things come to mind. Have you had a full thyroid panel, checked cortisol (adrenal glands) levels, a full iron panel (not just hemoglobin), tried cutting gluten out for two weeks? Also, vitamin d and b12 can cause extreme fatigue. Hope you get some answers.
