Fatigue, Sore Throat

For about a year now i've had on and off fatigue, sometimes with or without a slightly sore throat. I can get a full nights sleep and wake up feeling un-rested. I also notice if I wake up and i'm having a good day and I do something that requires a lot of energy like lifting something heavy I will have an instant rush of fatigue and my eyes sting like they are tired, I will become very fatigued and lightheaded and I will have no energy for the rest of the day. I have noticed a funny salty taste in my mouth for awhile now and my throat will feel slightly sore. It seems to be related to the fatigue somehow because I usually notice them together.

Ive had regular blood tests and ekgs with good results, Xray of the heart was good. I am a 23 Yr old Male with mild Cerebral Palsy. Any Ideas?

Have you had any food intolerance tests? I know someone who noticed that this would increase or get worse by eating certain type of food such as pizza , chocolate etc

I have not had that done yet. Maybe I should give that a try.

You may be on to something , I do have TMJ. I wonder if I am sleeping with my mouth open because of that. For whatever reason I slept a lot better/longer last night and the fatigue is hardly noticeable today.

I actually woke up the last two days with no fatigue for the whole day and no salt like taste in mouth. I've done nothing different over the past few days. The fatigue has been known to come and go like this in the past. Not too sure whats going on.

Well it didn't last. After 2 decent days my eyes feel tired and my throat is sore. I do notice I am having a hard time falling and staying asleep at night. I was wondering if sleep apnea could do this, I downloaded an app on my phone called Sleep Cycle. It uses your phones microphone to detect snoring. According to the app I only snored a few minutes out of the night and got around 5 hrs of actual sleep. Something is up.
