My diet is very poor. I dont like any sort of milk so thats a no no. I have never tried qourn but i will. I eat steak, mince, indian curries and burgers which im hoping to cut out all of these (well i might have an indian as a treat once in a while).I've started buying marks and spencers feel full longer meals which are ok. I am buying a lot of strawberries and reaspberries, granola and greek yoghurt.I do like cous cous so that will also be bought. I bought water yesterday and lemon so im going to really make an effort and start drinking it. I was very ill last year so i really want to have a life change i have also split up with a partner after 15 years so this is my time now

I believe Granola is quite high in fat?! is it under the 5g? make sure the yogurt is either fat free or no more than 2/3g per 100g you dont want to waste fat on yogurt. If you do have a treat that is not in the 'rules' your going to get the side effects unless you stop taking them 48 hours before then 48 hours after you have the takeaway. Sainsburys do lean steak 2.3g fat per steak you get 4 in the pack. Do you make a lot of homemade things as i notice you aid you bought ready meals which is fine as long as they are 5g per 100g. Good for you making time for yourself believe me my life has changed since i lost all this weight. I love cous cous too i make it up with a stock cube then add diced tomato cucumber red onion coriander etc and have either on its own or with quorn fillets and have yogurt mixed with sweet chili sauce on top sorry for the ramble lol x

aw thankyou i said to myself i would always help others once i knew how thee tablets worked a i got no support at all from another forum (not this website) so i read labels etc then picked this website to see if i could help others who were unsure of what to eat etc like i was.
As dar as i know granola is high in fat yeah everyone seems to think it's healthy it's not (the ones i have seen anyway!) a bit like those graze boxes people buy (no idea why!) and they think these are healthy snacks they aren't they are loaded with fat. You can have certain bacon trim the fat off the weight watchers bacon is about 2g for the whole packet i think or a bit more. Aww that's nice she rbings you soup if you aren't up to cooking could she make you maybe a couple of meals to freeze?
Butter is too high in fat and you must only cook with cooking spray.
You can have a fried breakfast if you pick the right foods and fry it all in fryligh spray i sometimes do this but obviously using quorn for the sausages but there are pork sausages which are low in fat and i'm afraid yes you are going to have to cook! of course you can live off low fat ready meals but they don't fill you up really or maybe i'm just greedy :D x
