Fatty Liver

I would like to know if a fatty liver can be caused from taking daily paracetamol + codein tablets. I know that paracetamol is not good for the liver, but I need pain medicine because of Fibromyalgia

and osteoarthritis and have been taking 1 1/2 soluble tablets daily for years and sometimes 1 tablet in the evening if needed. I can not manage in the mornings until I am pain free, but am concerned now if it is the cause of a fatty liver. Can also a fatty liver cause gallstones? I have recently had my gallbladder removed due to a lot of problems from gallstones, and do worry that I may still be making stones even now (as I have heard it is possible even after the bladder is removed). Can a fatty liver make a lot of bile, as I do get still indigestion? Would be interested to hear from Others with these problems.
