Fatty Liver

Hi! so for almost 2 years I've had right lower stomach cramps mostly after eating and in the area of my liver seeming to worsen lying down with a dull pain in my right flank area. also noting diarrhea and constipation with light stool. recently had blood tests and ultrasound showing slightly enlarged liver normal gallbladder... been on and off heavy drinker for years with occasional weeks to months off from alcohol.. could fatty liver cause all these GI issues? anyone with similar symptoms
