Fatty liver due to gall bladder removal

Hello,
My daughter has recently been diagnosed with a fatty liver. Her colesterol is normal, and she is only marginally overweight. She is only 30 years old.
Is there any treatment that she can have to reverse the fatty liver. I am very concerned as she is so young. Any advice would be welcomed. She has been advised that reducing her fat intake won't make any difference due to her lack of a gallbladder.

Thank you Gemma. I wish you the very best if luck. Unfortunately my daughter has been informed that changing her diet won't make any difference to her fatty liver, as it wasn't her diet that caused it in the first place. It was due to the removal of her gall bladder. I am beside myself with worry.
