Fatty pimple thing?

so i will occasionally get these pimples on my thighs. they look and feel like any other pimple but when i pop them, instead of puss its a lump of what looks like fat. they look almost like lipomas when i take them out but the bump is red like a normal zit, and very small like a normal zit. it also leaves a wound where the pimple was, like instead of popping it i ripped it out of my leg. anyone have any idea what these could be?

    Possibly a small dermatofibroma.Quite harmless. They usually leave a tiny brownish dimple mark if you squeeze out the fatty lump. Common in teenage and 20s age group.
