I’m a 17 year old girl. never smoked nor drank, active lifestyle, asthma, IBS and anxiety

My symptoms (progression-1 month & 2 days).......

Head pressure on the sides of skull

Twitching (mostly in both legs, upper left arm, but have felt everywhere)

Weak feeling in legs and left shoulder and left side of neck. (Still fully functional)

Burning sensation in left shoulder

Stiffness in legs (comes and goes)

Ache in both legs (after stiffness goes away)

Awkward feeling when running

Left arm drags more than right arm

Dexterity in left hand compromised (on and off)

Dry throat

Burnt tongue sensation (off and on)

Weight loss (6lb)

Loss of appetite

Feet and hands fall asleep very easily

Lower Back pain & pain in shoulders

Today I have a headache and my left arm/ neck feel weaker than before. I was able to shower but when I finished with my makeup my left arm was very tired. Still have no clinical weakness but having trouble finding anything else this could be.

Been to GP-immediate brain MRI-all clear-prescribed anxiety med-anxiety med helps mental state and does help the symptoms to a degree-came back 2 weeks later-referral to a neuro-clinical exam-100% normal besides twitches-prescribed higher dose of anxiety meds-have helped symptoms to a degree-problem is, when off the anxiety meds, the twitching, stiffness, and weakness is much more prominent. Have yet to see improvements, receiving spinal MRI & EMG/NCV upon request. Very scared I won’t have a future.
