Fear of anemia

I really hate to post on hear about this, but I'm legit concerned. I'm always cold, or when im exposed to cold temperatures i stay cold or it takes me longer to warm up. I get chest pains but I have acid reflux & of course anxiety. I'm not really weak, sometimes I get fatigued. My heart always beats fast.
I saw a cardiologist in November. In all, I've had 3 chest xrays, 4ekgs, 3 bloodtests, a holter monitor, a stress test, & n echocardiogram over the past year. Nothing found but acid reflux, anxiety of course, irritable bowel syndrome, & skipped beats.
The last blood tests i had was on October 20th. Nothing found. I'm currently on my cycle but even before that I was always cold. My body does shift temperatures like right now im hot. I'm just really confused.
I am on no meds. 16 year old female.
I've read that when your anemic your heart has to pump more which can result in an enlarged heart & heart failure. My body switches from hot & cold but it's just most of the time it really sensitive. Any suggestions?
Thanks.

My blood pressure is usually 110 or 112 but when i checked it yesterday it was 100. I guess because im losing blood. I'm eating a WHOLE lot as well & I have frequent mood swings.

What happened? You were making progress. Did you get a blood test? I'm sure you did. It would have showed if you had anemia. When you're in your cycle, doesn't it cause normal mood swings? I'm not a doctor, but you need to relax, and breathe. Get back into treating anxiety. That should be your only concern.

your body temperature will fluxuate according to surrounding temperatures so it may be your core body that warms up leaving your feet feeling colder when it's cold outside the body. Similarly you sweat when it is hot around the body. sometimes body temperature maintenance is compromised if you catch hyperthermia in extreme cold. /also a slow heart rate can cause cold feelings. If you live in a cold climate I would suggest wearing plenty of thin layers of clothing to trap air and keep you warm
