It’s pretty clear that what you are suffering from is not the serious medical conditions you fear but y

from severe anxiety and possible panic caused by negative anxious thoughts.

i I have suffered with the same thing for many years and I understand what you are going through. You’ve got to remember that the thoughts you’re having or not based on facts. They are only based on emotion and what if thinking. That emotion is fear. If you allow it to continue it will only grow larger and you will be miserable.

What you have to do is constantly remind yourself of the actual facts because those are based on reality. those are the actual proof that you are OK! And the fact is that all your testing has been normal.

You are feeling shortness of breath from anxiety and fear. i’ve been there a million times! listen to some great breathing meditations found on YouTube to get rid of the shortness of breath. Proper breathing is the key.

our negative thoughts are not actually a part of us and are not real and you can let them go. You are over thinking everything and freaking yourself out.

Be happy that your tests are normal. Take only one day at a time and stop thinking into the future even if it’s thinking about the next day. The only thing that exists is the present moment. The past is gone the future doesn’t exist yet and worry does absolutely no good. These are just some of the things that I learned and I’m so glad that I did.

millions of people are living post-Covid. The vast majority of people are doing fine. We only hear about the exceptions who have issues. We don’t hear about how well most of the people are doing.my entire family got Covid and are all doing well. Most people who have issues after Covid are the ones who already had health conditions.

LIVE your life. If you find you’re over thinking make sure you are staying busy doing other things. Also if you’re struggling you can always relax your mind and body by listening to some soothing meditations you can find on YouTube for anxiety, overthinking, Etc. You’re going to be OK. Don’t waste another minute allowing fear to take over your life. Private message me anytime. Take care
