Fear of Blood Clots

Hi guys, I've had high anxiety for the past two months. It started when I got on birth control and now I have a huge fear of blood clots. All of my muscles have been extremely tense all over my body from anxiety but the fear of clots has pinpointed the pain in my legs. It's not a constant pain. Just when I'm working out. It feels better to massage the areas, but of course, it's worse when I think about it. I go to the doctor on Tuesday. I'll mention the anxiety, but I don't want to go off th pills because they really help. I'm just so frustrated with all the fears.

The tv commercials, media on birth control always mentions them but they have too or they cant advertise. Its a liability thing so you know. Not because they care or it s common but so they dont get sued. There is a blood test to test clotting time. You take it and then the gyn or gp would know immediately if you would even be at any risk for it. Maybe that would cure the whole scenario yiu have going on.

I didn't know that there was a test for that. Hopefully, it will all be settled after this. The thing is, I get varicose veins on my feet after exercise and they ache which could be poor circulation which makes the whole thing worse. Hopefully, my doctor visit will help everything. Thanks!

Just ask for the blood clotting test and tell them its a concern and that will delete the whole thing. Make it simple for yourself.if your vein are popping out by the way you need to consume more water, its a sign of dehydration as well. The correct amount daily is half your body weight in ounces. Drunk throughout the day.

Alright! I should be doing that anyways. At most, I drink 2 to 3 cups of water a day.
