Fear of going crazy

Anyone have a fear they will develop something like schizophrenia I have depersonalization and tend to obsess over having different illnesses

    Yes all the time and I’m anxious 24/7 have been for the last year it feels as though I’ll never get better how about you ?

      Mine got bad a little over 2 years ago , I’ve always had a sone sort of anxiety but the panic attacks started 2 years ago. I’m doing better since I started Prozac but still seem to obsess over stuff and get a little depersonalozation

      im driking buspar 15 mg a day and wanto have two drinkswill i feel more anxios the next day

    Yes... All the time. I never get a break from my physical symptoms of my health anxiety. There has been a few moments where I felt like I was going crazy... And needed to check into a mental hospital... But one of my friends who I talked to once said.. If you were really going crazy... You wouldn't be here talking about it... Crazy people have no realization.

    That's true, it's my biggest fear as well, and the biggest cause of my anxiety.

    To be honest I have stopped considering what if, it takes me long enough to consider why do I have.

    Personally I would suggest you concern yourself getting rid of your Anxiety and control your negative thoughts of what can go wrong with me.

    The more we sit down and worry the worse we can feel, then we end up going around and round in circles.

    Try and control what you have, hopefully you will be able to move on and get on with your Life
