Fear of something being wrong with my heart.

Hello there my name is Alex I’m 19 years old I’m gunna be turning 20 in just a few days.. I’ll start off by saying that I have external fear of something being wrong with my heart especially with all these symptoms.. recently I’ve been having the fear of having a thoracic aneurysm because of all my upper middle back pain that I’ve been having.. my last chest ct. was done in April of this year and my last heart echo was may of this year ..  everything came back normal.. do u guys think anything has changed ? I’m terrified I’m super young and don’t wanna die 😕 these terrible back pains don’t let me live in peace 😢 again I am 19 going to be 20 soon I am a female weigh approximately 120 my height is 5’4 please someone help!!

    Do you eat healthy and regularly?    Do you sleep at normal times?   Do you get headaches?

      Yes I eat pretty regularly I eat what I want I have no diet. My sleeping schedule is always off since I have a 6 month old baby. And yes i do get headaches
