Fear that I have Peyronie's disease. Please help!

So I am terrified that I might have Peyronie's disease at age 19! Hilarious right?!? Actually no I'm super worried that I might have it because of a few alarming symptoms. Please bare with me as this is not easy to talk about as it is also quite embarrassing. So over past few months I have noticed that it has been hard for me to get all of my urine out when I would go to the bathroom. At times I would see a wet spot in my underwear or just feel that I didn't get everything out. This symptom concerned me a little bit but I felt that it wasn't serious enough to talk to my doctor so I just figured it would go away sooner or later and that this condition was minor. I also noticed a very weird shape in my penis. I have recently noticed that when becoming erect my penis would start off looking like an hour glass...almost as if the shaft of my penis was narrower than both ends of my penis. This hour glass shape has happened on and off and usually occurs when I am becoming erect but as soon my penis was at a full erection it would form into a relatively normal shape. This alarmed me a lot and really made me want to ask my doctor but I'm still not sure if this is just temporary or if I should actually seek help. It has taking me a lot longer to get fully elect as well and it is really concerning me. I have no idea what I have done and after googling these conditions the only thing that came up was Peyronie's disease. It just didn't make sense to me that I would have such a condition as this usually occurs in men in there 50s and I am still much younger than those who actually suffer from this. I am embarrassed and scared that if I let this go than it will get worse and I really don't know what to do. I want kids one day and I really hope that is not jepotdized by something like this. I do not remember injuring my penis in a way that would cause this condition other than there were times when my girlfriend and I would do things that may have led to an injury to my penis that I was unaware of. Please help me people! Typing this is making feel ashamed enough and I really have no where else to turn other than this forum right now. I just don't want to ask my doctor because I tend to be quite the hypochondriac and I don't want this to be just another situation where I thought I have a disease because of googling my self into a frenzie. If anyone could give me some advice or tell me what they think this might be I'd highly appreciate it. This is embarrassing but please help me.

If it is Peyronie's, as long as you can urinate, then semen will travel through OK, so it won't cause infertility. It is also very unlikely to cause difficulty with intercourse, as your partner's vagina will keep it in place. It is usually caused by trauma to the erect penis, so being too vigorous, especially with 'woman on top' position is the most usual origin. as far as I know it doesn't have to be corrected, but if you wanted it straightened out better for cosmetic reasons, surgery may be the only way.

Looking at your other posts, I'd be more worried about anxiety, but these links talk about Peyronie's:

If you want to add a pic, this should help you add images:

You'll probably need to use a PC or laptop rather than a phone or tablet.
