I really dont get this note but can anyone get what its saying:

Not sure if I really have fat malabsorption disorder.

It sounds like you might, but that additional testing is warranted.

If you ate more than 100g of fat, then these results are suggestive of a fat malabsorption disorder (i.e. pancreatitis, or other digestive issues) and should be confirmed with a timed collection (i.e. do one that is over 48 or 72 hours)
How much fat did you eat?

No one told me at the doctors office of how much fat I should eat, what foods to eat fat from and how long I have to collect stools in the house.
I'm disappointed in that.
I ate sub sandwiches at subway before I add stools in the containers.

somebody is trying to determine their level of body fat I believe. I remember there are easier ways to do this for example a lot of people even if they don't look fat their body fat is 25-30 to 35% heavy weight trainers and super athletic people that do a ton of training they get down to like 4, 5% A woman who is still menstruating will usually stop even having her cycle at about 7% body fat and under. I hope that helps and I think I'm pretty accurate
