Mine was 2100 when first tested. They thought I had Crohns. After countless scans (ct enterography, mri, x-ray and ultrasound) and scopes (colonoscopy, gastroscopy and enteroscopy) they came up with nothing of significant evidence. They then re tested the fecal calprotectiin 3 times, all of which came back below 150, so they are saying the initial test was a false positive.

There's no such thing as a positive calprotectin test. It's either high or within normal limits.
