Fed up!! 😩

Hi everyone!

My right arm pit is horrible it's been draining for over a year.

The skin is raised in line shapes unsure if this is tunnelling, have been to the doctors numerous times but it will not heal at all.

I'm wondering what else I can do as I'm pretty much all out of ideas.

Thank you x

So sorry you are going through this. Manuka honey works miracles on closing up open wounds and cysts. However keep in mind once it heals it may swell up again because it can no longer drain. Most people will use a combination of antibiotics to keep that from filling up again.

Sorry to hear what you are going through. You might try changing your diet a bit. Find your triggers. Try to stop using refine sugar and don't eat gluten foods. A big trigger is "STRESS". Find a way to relax..Yep, I know relax...I hope this helps some.

This might be hard but if your backed into a corner and looking for relief, give this a Try for a few months to see if it helps:

    1. Cut out dairy. Period. ALL of it.

    2. NO simple carbs (look up simple carbs definition)

    3. NO items from the Nightshade family of foods. (look that one up too)

    4. NO products that contain yeast in any forms. That includes breads and beer as 2 examples)

Not easy but you should see drastic improvement. I know I did although It was hard to be 100% compliant. But I did damn good!!

    5. As far as antibiotics, I've taken them all at one time or another and Minocycline happened to work the best for me. 50mg. twice a day. This is a low dose and can be adjusted upwards. I've had this bout of HS for 10 years now. Had it when I was 23 too. Has extensive surgery with skin grafts that "cured" it until 10 years ago. I am 72 now.
