Fed up and scared

I took 10 mg of olanzapine for 26 years. Then in 2014 my GP advised me to come off them as my health could be adversely affected. I did okay and by 2016 I was down to one 2.5 mg per week. I never managed to come off olanzapine and remained on this low dose until now.

In three weeks, after my holidays I am coming off olanzapine. I am scared as I had such a terrible time in 2014/2016.

Has anyone had any experiences of coming off a low dose of olanzapine please?
