You have a combination of extreme anxiety and weight related health problems , now that you're suffering so much should be your alarm bell to start losing weight , be physically active and busy with many tasks , I recomend stop smoking and drinking alcohol , quit coffee, tea and all stimulants because they aggravate anxiety and eat no more that 1500 calories a day of simple ,light traditional food.

Every month you should see overall improvements , , and keep a diary ,

    hope it helps

asis48059 I think you need a lyme literate MD It sounds similar to what I have been through and others with lyme or borrellia and other tick born diseases (infections) Your inner ear may be affected and that is causing the strange moving sensations. I had it so badly I was hospitalized and only one doctor knew it was lyme. Valium is a very effective drug to relieve the severe vertigo. You also could have parasites but most lyme infected people do but there are herbs and antibiotics that will help you. You can start by finding a LLMD can look on ILADS website or lymenet. You also can find support many lyme patients have vertigo. There is hope! Whenever someone has strange neurological like symptoms it can be lyme or bartinella or babesia. If you can find a doctor who understands lyme you will find help. God bless you.
