i dont know if its to do with my anxiety or there is really something wrong with me but i always feel. its really effecting my quality of life at this point.

i wake up most days feeling exhausted like ive had no sleep when sometimes i get more then enough.

I feel extremely nauseas most of the day sometimes i cannot eat as i have no appetite.

i feel dizzy very very often, weak, i cannot explain just really not good, i feel like i cannot leave my bed i feel non motivated to fo anything

i also suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, but i also have asthma so when i get the tight chest and shortness of breathe it make me think im going to die from an asthmaattack.

like tonight my asthma hasnt beenn great and i finally messaged my doctor about it but i worry and put it off becasue i know im unfit and half of the time my tight chest is anxiety related. but i almost went to a&e but ive calmed down and in bed feeling a little more relaxed.

I'm in the UK and I've just woken up, I didn't fall asleep until 3am, it's now 5.23am

I wake up almost every 2-3 hours and like yourself I suffer with asthma myself had it my whole life,

When im short of breathe I take my ventalin inhaler, I also get a steriod inhaler if you do to, make sure you take 2 in the morning and 2 at night no matter how you feel as this helps keep your lungs as healthy as they can be,

When I get panic attack (mostly early hours of the morning between 1-7am)

The first thing I feel is a tight chest the amount of times I've had out the ambulance and for them to tell me, your chest is fine,

I know that breathing (myself I feel like I can't take a full breathe in) it is the most commen sympton of a panic attack,

I too am like you no motivation to do anything and have no energy to do anything which is obviously made me gain weight, I'm the heaviest I've been I'm 15st

So I know that this is not helping as my knee joints are going,

And losing weight would help my asthma too,

I am allergic to dust (which no matter how clean your house is dust is everywhere),

If I were you I'd invest on buying a nebulizer (amazing on prime next day delivery and there about £20-45),

Ask your doctor for some nebulizer strips

So when you feel you really can't breathe and want to ring the hospital or ambulance at least you can try the nebulizer first

    Hope this helps
