I have the tremors ,chest pain and the pounding heart . I have been really nervous and stressed over some labwork IM having done today.

I think stress makes things worse.

Hi I have all the same symptoms except for the high bp and bloating, the upper chest wall pain is horrible and the pounding heart, I wish a medical professional would confirm these symptoms are down to hormones, they never seem to want to commit!

Yes, I feel really bad before, during and some after my period.. It's quite awful.Having the kids home and with the heat, I'm an absolute mess and I'm due in a few days.. Ugh I keep a journal of my symptoms, take my supplements and just go with the flow as best as I can. Today I'm going to try and get a pedicure for myself and cook dinner and that's about it..

I know , Iheard on the radio this morning how stress and bad news affects the whole body. I was told this morning that my Aunt who survived breast cancer many years ago is being sent for more tests because they found something in her other breast!! I am feeling spasms on top of my right foot and its scaring me!! all this worrying is really exhausting .I am at work and trying to stay busy so IM not pondering on these negative thoughts.
