Feel crazy with this fissure

Hi everyone. Just wanted to up date and reach out again. I have been to 2 Drs now. One was a general surgeon and that was a complete waste of time and the second is a nurse practitioner in a Colon Rectal specialist office. First I was given a nitroglycerin ointment that helped get rid of the pain, that was 6 months ago now. The specialist gave me an ointment with a heart medication to help loosen up the area to help heal. They both have told me they saw something at first but now it’s “healed” yet I still see a big gaping cut. I am not in much pain and no bleeding but can definitely feel the stretching of the fissure during a bowl movement if on the larger side. These Drs really are making me feel crazy and not seeing what I am. I am still to finish out this last meditation and call back if I still have concerns, but how do I make them see what I am seeing? This is the most hopeless I think I have ever felt, and that’s including teenage years!
I am happy to report that my husband has not been pushing sex as I think that he is finally realizing I’m not just being mean. Though he still doesn’t want to talk about it much or go to any appointments with me, though I think I’d be too embarrassed with him there at this point anyways.
