Feel dizziness, Lightheadedness, shortness of breath and ravaging hunger pangs during motion

I make use of public transport to get to work everyday, 40 km away. Using taxis (the S.A. model of taxis) always makes me feel feel dizziness, Lightheadedness, shortness of breath (especially in the vehicle) and this unbearable feeling of hunger. In that moment and for the rest of the day my stomach would feel incredibly empty even after eating. This has been going on almost my entire life, but i feel it's escalated to a more unbearable level now. The headaches I feel just last all day, and are a little bit alleviated if i eat but not enough to go away. And when I arrive at work movement compounds my symptoms. The headaches and feeling of emptiness in my stomach are felt more with movement - that is walking and riding elevators.

... is there anything i should be specifically testing for or consulting a doctor about?

I live in Johannesburg, South Africa. Thank you.
