Feel dizzy/unsteady/anxious - Post Coronavirus issue or Omeprazole side effects?

**Can anyone help me diagnose my symptoms? I'm 38 years old and live in the UK. For the last 3 to 4 weeks I've been feeling extremely dizzy and unsteady on my feet. Even a little weak in my legs. It's been horrible. I called the doctor who said I may have been suffering from vertigo caused by Labyrinthitis (inflamed inner ear tubes) which he said could have been caused by Coronavirus which I had in late March. He gave me some pills but they haven't helped. I then went on here to do some research and found that Omeprazole has loads of sides effects, many of which I'm experiencing. Dizziness, unsteady on feet, brain fog, tiredness, numbness in arms when sleeping, sometimes it feels as though my hands don't even work properly, I almost feel like I'm having an out of body experience. The thing is I have been taken Omeprazole for 5 years with no issues, can the side effects suddenly just come on like this, has the Coronavirus maybe triggered the side effects? I can't work out whether this is a Omeprazole issue or Labyrinthitis issue! In an attempt to try to get to the bottom of it I stopped taking Omeprazole this morning. Hopefully I can go a few weeks without it it see if my dizziness improves and then I can put it down to that. But then I need something to help me with my acid reflux so not sure what I'll do there. The main issue I'm having is this dizziness I'm experiencing. I have to present in front of customers and its making me feel really anxious, almost to the point where I feel I'm just going to collapse in front of everyone or just fall over due to the dizziness. It's making me feel so depressed I don't know what to do. 2 years ago I was such a happy and fun person. Today I feel a shadow of my former self and I just don't know how much longer I can go on feeling like this. My wife and kids are pretty fed up with it too! Anyone with similar issue or ideas on what I could be going through I'd love to hear back from. Thanks. **

Hi have you seen a ENT and audiology for vestibular exercises which can help you? Do you have the spinning sensation or you feel like things are moving , feeling like you are walking on trampoline.
