Feel genuinely unwel

could anxiety make you feel genuinely unwell? i feel rubbish everyday. headache most days, tired, energy or motivation. dizzy, sick etc.. i dont really eat healthy and dont get good sleep which could also cause this i suppose but starting to worry now, just never feel good.

    Yes, it can. Especially lack of sleep. If I have one night of poor sleep, I feel sick the next day. I take Ambien for chronic insomnia.

    yes anxiety can make you feel sick. It’s really important to take care of yourself and eat healthy and get some exercise. That will build up your immune system so you can fight the anxiety better. junk foods especially sugar is an inflammatory product that will make anxiety worse. Stick to the green leafy vegetables and fruits and lean meats. Take a daily vitamin supplement. Get outside and go for a walk even if you don’t feel like it. And stay hydrated! Water is the best thing to drink. Every cell in your body needs it. Most people are dehydrated and they don’t even know it.

    if you can’t manage the anxiety, consider speaking with a counselor who can help you do that. It’s always good to talk to somebody else who can help. I do hope you feel better soon

      thank you for your reply! it makes me feel a little better. im here convincing myself i have something sinister because i feel under the weather every single day. im going to change my lifestyle and try make myself better!!
