It is best to do the things you fear most. The more you do them the more you will realize that the symptoms are distressing but not dangerous!

    Good luck!

You are so me. I just talked myself into going to get groceries

..as soon as I get into the car. My legs and arms start jerking. I also have this at home. I am finding it really hard to go out. And the pressure in my head is so bad. I also get pressure on my face, then pressure in my ear. This all makes me feel off balance and weird. I also get palpitations, stomach issues and that really anxious feeling from the moment I wake up. When does this end???

It will eventually go away. Have you seen a doctor. Medication may be necessary at this point.

I have had that. I have had numbness. Not fun. Your most likely clenching  your alot. Tensing up muscles, especially neck area and it does that. I would say ignore it if you can.

Yes many people with anxiety get this. Its comes from the anxiety attacks thrmselves and then the mind deciedes to make an anxiety rule. Very bed to believe this thought or allow this rule. For example..if you had an anxiety at the pizza place, then dont go to the pizza place and it wont hapoen again. Well its like that but yiu have made a rule that you need to stay very close to your home. It is extremly common. Cbt is excellent for this. You have to tell yourself this is a bad anxiety rule and wont be tolerated and keep attempting to go to a chosen location over and over until you get there. Best to do it by foot. You get weak, then you get weak. Sit down on the ground and breathe it out. Carry your phone with you. You can even out a nite in your pocket abiut whats going on and why you are walking. This way that should cover any imagination or what if scenario you will try to make. Carry a cuo of ice with you. You can chew the ice on your walk. Cold helos deter the adrenaline. It confuses it. You need to desensitize yourself as soon as possible. You might feel horible in the walk, you can rest it out or return hime but dont stop there. Go back out and do it again. Keep doing it until you rach your desired goal. It will be worth its weight in platinum when you succeed. Wibbly legs can still walk. Shaky body can still move. Take the symptoms with you just dont let them control you. this has happened to me and does at times. I keep doing it. You can ansolutely break this rule by the way and yes it will suck breaking it, but its worth it.
