Feel like I am falling randomly??? Anyone else

So for 6 years off and on I will randomly get this feeling like all of a sudden I am falling then I get flush and panic!!!! It will happen when I feel fine just watching tv, driving, standing, walking!!! I take 15mg of citalopram I increased my dose 6 weeks ago!!! Anyone else get this is it anxiety or just normal and I am freaking out!!!!!

    Yup!  I have a fear of throwing up/nausea so I spend a lot of time wondering if i MIGHT be feeling nauseated.  So any little tiny sensation like what you are describing immediatly makes me panic.  Most times there is some physical cause for it, like the actual floor has a dip in it, or someone moved the table which in turn made me feel like i was moving.  Super annoying but ya I hear ya!

      I try to not run when it happens so I can fix it but last night laying bed all of a sudden it was like I was falling I hid under my blanket! 😂 I feel so dumb I try to run from it instantly!! It don't last very long but scares the crap out of me!!!! I hate driving because of it!!!!

    yeah i have forever, been thru every test there is. all ok say it's anxiety. It stinks I can say that. Makes you feel weird and scared all in one.
