Im with you on that one. To make matters worse ive hurt my back at work so im hobbling around like im 90. Im 48. Been in perimenopause 8 years. Im out of options so my next step was to try hrt. I have this scarey weird internal tremor that sends my health anxiety through the roof. Ive stopped googling now cause it makes me worse. Ive heard the internal tremor is lack of oestrogen and hrt should put it right but I just dont know any more. Hope you ferl better as the day goes on xx

I feel for you, I hurt all over, everyday a new pain or symptom sad  and sleep...what's that?

I believe you can ask your Dr to refer you to a specialised menopause clinic, try googling it? I haven't asked myself but I tend to avoid the Dr at all costs as she makes me feel like a time wasting nuisance.

      Hi hun

Couldn't agree more. This site is truly a Godsend. Women helping each other.

Ive been seriously thinking about setting up a support group in my area. A time when women come together and support each other through this transition. Talking helps soooo much. Makes us realise we are not losing the plot or seriously ill.

Hope you have a good evening x

I agree, it would be great to have a club where we could all meet and share experiences and know we are not alone, sometimes it feels you are the only one suffering like this.😊
