Feel like s**t...

I'm turning 50 in 3 wks. I have a 7 yr old daughter that I gave birth by cesarean with no complications other than gestasional diabetes towards the end of my pregnancy. Most of my life I have been ripping & running. I enjoy a good time. But have abused my health because of this lifestyle, I'm sure. In the past 5 yrs I have lost my entire family my mom, my dad, & 2 weeks ago my 57 yr old sister. I'm not a depressive person but do suffer from OCD a bit. In the past 2 yrs I have gradually began to feel sickly. I have had skin infections (staph folliculitis etc) for 10 yrs now. I have never really been treated for any of my infections nor have I seen a doctor except for an occasional ER visit. I basically treat myself and let it run its course. Sometimes tho it can be quite dibilating and I have probably had some close calls with sepsis or organ failure or what have you because of the bacteria running rapid thru me. I drink every day (too much) & I smoke w asthma. My body aches and I'm finding shortness of breath to be ongoing. I feel shaky and my stomach is big on some days and some not. I have swollen ankles sometimes, and my left side of my pelvis grabs me if I stand to fast like a cramp. I've had a dull ache like a pulled muscle in my left chest area and In sure I'm premenopausal. Every day tasks, although I get done with struggle are becoming more and more annoying because I feel so sickly. I'm afraid to have my cbc done and I worry constantly that I'm next to go since everyone in my family is gone. I want to quit drinking and smoking but I am unable to pay for the medical detox I know I will have to do. I have drank for too long to go at it myself. I'm sure if I could get the strength to go get my labs done I could begin the process of recovery. Im just afraid. Thanks for hearing me out.

Sounds like you have Heart Problems caused by the Drink, this will explain the Shortness of breath, Ache in chest and extra fluid running just below the Liver and of course the fluid on your ankles. You need to go to the GP and get your blood O2 Levels checked. You more than likely enlarged a ventricle in the Heart, making the job of pumping Oxygen rich blood harder. You might be able to catch this before it catches you. I had the same thing 3 Years ago. A trip to the GP ended up with me going to A&E with suspected Blood clots, turned out to be Heart Failure. I hope you get it checked out and you feel better soon. AL
