I suffer from health anxiety and I have lots of ER visits. I have had numerous ct scans maybe 5 brain ct scans in the last year all came back normal. I have also had 3 Abdominal CT scans, because of abdominal issues, and a neck and chest CT as well. I am worried if all this radiation exposure i had could give me brain cancer now and i am worried, my family doctor told me no that's highly unlikely.
But now I feel pain my head left side, feel like if my body is dropping lower to the left, but not physically so when I ask people. I also experience tremors and when trying to focus on tv or laptop feel like i will pass out, Sometimes i suddenly feel a tingling in my feet and tremors and back pain. I am worried if the all the radiation doses i had panicking and going to the ER. My family doctor told me its all anxiety. I saw a neurologist two years and he did an mri which was normal, i asked my doctor to refer me again he said everything for me checked out then i don't need one now, but these symptoms feel terrible, especially the pass out feeling

anxiety can cause horrible and scary symptoms. tingling and tremors are not signs of cancer. anxiety can even cause pain in different parts of the body. There’s nothing more that a neurologist can do right now. All your testing has been normal. you don’t need any more scans now.
I would suggest that you see a counselor to help you manage the anxiety. you can do virtual online counseling. I do that and it works great!
You are overthinking everything and believing the negative thoughts that come with anxiety. The overthinking thoughts are only illusion. They are not based on fact. They are based on fear.
for now, calm yourself down. YouTube has hundreds of videos on overthinking and fear. There are also relaxing meditations for anxiety. And overthinking. Feel better soon

by the way, anxiety can also cause dizziness, imbalance, odd sensations . there are people who feel like they are floating and can’t walk straight all from anxiety!

I am a neurosurgeon with an anxiety disorder. If you get brain cancer with the radiation dose you received, you will go to the literature. relax. You won't get brain cancer because of ct. Your other symptoms are related to anxiety, so you should see a psychiatrist. your life will be easier. I can understand the fear you are experiencing. Get up now and go to see your psychiatrist. I wish you a good life.
