Feel so alone, what's the point of it all

Posted , 5 users are following.

the people who I thought may support me, is running away, it's because they know what I'm going through and can't handle it. And the other ones don't know. What's the point, I going to cancel my appointment on Thursday, what's the point! Just have to carry on on my own or give up, at the moment giving up is the only option.

I just can't seem to think why it's important, as I'm not worth it. And if no cares then why should I!

I fully understand iv been signed off work and sat all alone in my flat for 3 weeks going crazy I think people treat us like they do because they don't really understand the force it has on us is invisible no one can see or touch it because it only belongs in are own minds I call it the monster inside of me and it seems to me when I get better and care about me then people will care about me too.

I wish I lived on my own, I would have been be signed off, but nobody knows about me, so people expect me to be me, and carry on, which is so hard. I will ring the councillor tomorrow, I just don't deserve to be happy.

Please don't give up. I know how hard this horrible illness is. It will get better little by little but it does take time. Seeing a counsellor is the best thing for you as they can help you see how important you are even when you can't see it at the moment. Is there a member of your family that you can talk about hope you are feeling. Finding a support group in your area were you can talk to likeminded people could also be helpful. I am

going to start a mental health support group this week because I am struggling too at the moment. Hope things start to look up for you soon xx

Please don't cancel the appointment. There is a hope for the future, it's hard to see it now but things WILL get better (with help). The sooner you get some support the sooner things will get better. Please just try the appointment and see how you feel afterwards. Try keeping a diary over a few weeks tracking how you're feeling throughout each day (use a number system out of 10). Might help you track things getting better. They may not be great straight away but you'll be able to see progress and hope.

    Hi Shar Shar,

You are not alone, there are millions suffering with you, but also have

hope because we will get through this like the millions before us who are now more are now happier

Take little steps. Reward yourself for making progress eg attending appointment.
