i dont know why but come evenings i start to feel more normal and just overall like myself. i take 100 right before bed and sleep good and feel ok but still not where i want to be yet come evening it feels med is wearing off even though im over four weeks at 100 mgs. can anyone relate?

Sert is probs starting to work properly after four weeks. Talk with doc about dose if you think it's not enough or wearing off as body gets used to meds after a while.
