Feeling a bit better!!!

Hi ladies! Ive posted a few times about how horrendous all this is & the many symptoms thats affecting my life.

After a couple of yrs with horrendous stomach issues,many trips to a&e & docs only to be given meds which i dont like taking, ,has for me i like to try and do/take things as natural as possible.

The last 2months my stomach gas been the worst its been ive been in absolute agony, burning all around the top of my abdomen& excruiating pain in my right top side, i did a bit if research and found fhe low fodmap diet good for ibs too

i akso take a juice drink daily containing , lemons,limes, strawberries, pineapple, blueberries,tangerine,banana, ginger&tumeric.

I can honestly say its been a game changer ive nit had one issue for the last 2 wks

    same here been experiencing gas issues for years I'm 46 an now I'm really going threw the changes anxiety, stress feel like I'm dieing hot cold shaking you name the symptoms of the premenopause I got it headaches pressure up feel like someone else body doing all kinda things I don't like it. That why I'm stressed hormones are every where. I've tried different herbs but I do drink a lot of coffee. I just cut back though no more of the caffeine if it contribute to that as well.

    thanks for sharing. I've had stomach issues for 2 years now. Had endoscopy and colonscopy all clear.

    I take probiotics and lead a clean diet.

    Do you make your juice? if so what do you put in it? I find carrot juice is good too

      Yes i do i put banana,lemons,limes, tangerine, blueberries,pineapple,strawberries,ginger,

      tumeric, all excelent for stomach issues&ibs

      also cut out fat.

      This is longest ive hone without being ill and unable to xarry out any daily tasks

      i feel loke a new women

      no medication either so win win
