Feeling anxious

I am 4 weeks post op RTHR. I was feeling really good moving along and felt that I was progressing really well. Then all of a sudden I started feeling really tired and just as if I was slowing down. Is this normal? I am doing my PT and the therapist say I’m doing really well. Is it just me?

I’m 6 months post op tomorrow and I do aqua fit and Pilates 4 times a week, yoga once a week and walk on the days I’m not at the gym. I still feel tired if I’ve had a busy day. Only just stopped resting in the afternoon a couple of weeks ago. Physio said it takes about 9 months to regain full stamina. just rest if you need to. Your body is working hard to heal. Be patient

Check for redness, heat eminating from the scar and a temperature.  It could be an infection.  Call your doc

maybe you are pushing yourself too hard! ...... after my THR I had to learn to pace myself....... not try to do too much at one time..... as while it felt good to do more..... I paid afterward.......maybe that is what is going on with you........  take good care of yourself and try "pacing"......
