Been there, the alcohol magnifies the side effects of S and throws anxiety into high gear. I found drinking tons of water helps and sleep helps more. Keep taking your S. I’m at 8 weeks and life is joyful again with diminishing side effects. I now will only have 2 drinks tops, its just not worth feeling like hell for a couple days. Forgive yourself, get a glass of water and take a nap. You will feel better each day. Best regards for calm days, - x kat

Those sides effects are quite normal if I say so. I remember having I had the sweating and same feeling has you with other meds. Maybe I had them with zoloft but didnt pay attention to it cause I focused more on my anxiety and my extreme fatigue for now.
Try not to drink mostly until you feel better and stable. And avoid over drinking.
Try eating small portions and drink lots of water during the day. You may take probiotics but few hours after your zoloft. That may help .
Also, make sure to eat before take your med.
Its long to get stable and to for your brain/body to get adapt but you will make it.
