That's the thing though  ... what is normal?  I was up to 250mg before I decided to wean myself off. It was life, Jim  ... but not as we know it.  cry

I am down to 25 mg now, and I am feeling relatively manic.  It is good to feel things again!  Can't wait to be off them completely.   It is a long way back from Zombieland  ... and if I wasn't aware of what was happening I could easily mistake the 'manic' as being anxiety or nervousness.  I am hoping to harness this new found energy and return to a newer, better 'normal.'

    cheers

    Brendan

Try eating a banana in the morning, it’s meant to help, also do you wake up naturally or do you have an alarm to wake you in the morning?

Wake up the same time every morning seems to take a couple of hours to get going then by afternoon I'm shattered just dread every day

Yes because the anxiety wipes you out. But what I found when I was suffering very badly , I mean I would wake up in hysterics . If I woke up naturally it was worse that if I got the alarm clock to actually wake me up! Strange really?

Are you eating ok? See I couldn’t eat a thing and it made it all a lot worse. But getting in the shower and getting out for a walk slightly helped me feel as if I had a routine, routine is key too. Xx
