Feeling dehydrated

Over the past few weeks I've been feeling dehydrated, I drink more than enough water I've tried electrolyte supplements, I stopped drinking coffee, pop and anything that will dehydrate me more, but nothing seems to help, its leaving me with a permanent tickle in my throat with the urge to cough and I dont want to bother my doctor with everything else going on in the world right now. Any advice would be amazing

Hi yes a bad time for visiting the doctors at the moment especially for anyone who is not feeling 100%
You say you feel dehydrated, how do you actually feel that makes you assume that you are dehydrated,, have you slow skin response?
Your tickly throat could be anxiety or even the result of having a cold,, do you get hay-fever and I hate to ask but how old are you

I'm 29, my throat feels all dry and tickly and I do feel thirsty all the time, I did think anxiety could be a factor and my bladders all sensitive the last few days not sure if that's coz I'm peeing more often. Not sure what slow skin response is I'm afraid. I dont suffer with hayfever, but there has been a high pollen count lately and my eyes have felt the effects of it

Amanda I personally think you should go to the doctor. Yes they're busy with other things but it doesn't mean they ll ignore other cases
I've got an ulcer on my lip & I'm in talks with a doctor about an assessment phone call about it even though there's a lot going on - so don't be afraid to call them

It sounds like you may need to get your blood sugar levels tested. Everyone thinks doctors are really busy right now, but every normal procedure has been cancelled for the covid crisis! Check out how many patients have been to the nightingale hospitals! The London one is closing next week. Yes a lot of the doctors on the front line(in intensive care) in London and Birmingham are very busy, but GPs are fine to take telephone appointments and even see you if there is a serious problem. If you are very thirsty and need to wee a lot, you should probably get a blood test for diabetes.

1.1 is very low, I suffer from non diabetic hypoglycemia and when mine goes even below 3 I feel really s****y so that low will explain a lot of your symptoms,, mine used to be that low when I was younger and trust me I used to feel really ill.
Get a proper diet now before you do massive damage to your body x
