Feeling Disregarded by the Doctors

Hello there,
I've recently discovered through the doctors that anything to do with my mental health and also chronic fatigue has not been logged down in my medical files in the system at my doctors.
I am currently 19, and I have been diagnosed with chronic fatigue since 2016, I saw a CFS consultant at my local hospital in 2016 until 2018, and saw a psychiatrist as well, and yet nothing has been logged about my Chronic Fatigue?
I had always found it strange that over the past few years I would have to mention or explain that I have Chronic Fatigue if I had some qualms, and now it seems that it was never logged.
I could understand if my diagnosis was recent because of the pandemic and everything, but it's not. I've been diagnosed for over 5 years now and I just feel like I was overlooked, like it didn't matter.
I felt the need to vent. Has anyone else had similar experiences, or just felt disregarded in general when expressing that you have CFS/ME to people?

Which country are you from?
A lot of medical professionals do not believe this condition exists and many people are only diagnosed with it when they can't find a cause making it a useless term (mental health issue without a name)
I would suggest do what you can yourself only use the doctors when you need to and be clear if you want something from them unless they offer something which may be out of your knowledge don't shift from it.
This is something I have dealt with personally and on professional level for decades.
With you being so young now is the time to do lifestyle/diet changes (I know this may not be something you want to do the same with millions of others but it really does help)
Look into keto/carnivore the success rates really are true but it can take time with patience each person is different it requires to learn what will work for you on this.
