Totally within the range of start up effects, by the sounds of it. These meds work on neurotransmitters in the brain/affect the nervous system, and can really make you feel weird initially. However, they eventually make you feel better, so it's worth it.
Feeling spaced out is totally normal.at first. I have found that over time, that effect clears up, as the body begins to tolerate the drug, but its different for everyone.

When I started taking meds over 3 years ago, I avoided reading the huge list of side effects as was worried I would think I had alot of them. Huge mistake on my part, if I had read them I would have taken myself off them and not lose 3 years of my life as I knew it. We know our bodies better than anyone, so make a note of any new symptoms and speak to your doctor. Some doctors do not listen so you need to be pushy. My doctors tried to convince me that I have anxiety they have now changed my records which state my anxiety is induced by my meds.

10 mg is not a lot, normal to feel spaced out. You should not have a problem taking 10 since you have been taking 5mg for 12 days. If you are sensitive to drugs take 7.5, you probably won't feel the difference
