Feeling dizzy and off, intermittent double vision for 2 years. Had MRI 2 days ago and doctor called

Ive been feeling off for a while with some double vision, dizziness and fatigue. I had an MRI on Monday and I was at work this morning when I got a call saying the doctor wants to discuss results. Im so terrified, does this seem like bad news? I have an appointment tomorrow.
