Feeling dizzy on Zoloft - Week 6

Posted , 5 users are following.

I'm starting week 6 on zoloft and have been upped to 100mg. I've been on 100 mg for about two weeks now. I was wondering if you ever experienced any dizziness on it? I feel like I keep getting dizzy spells and don't know when this will subside. I've heard some say that they never fully go away and that's very concerning to me. Zoloft has definitely helped my anxiety but now the dizziness has brought the anxiety back. I'm constantly wondering when it will go away. I'm hoping to hear some positive feedback cause I'm feeling pretty discouraged at this point.

When you increase your dose you can have some start up effects again.  I also got very dizzy when I increased,  but for me it subsided after a few weeks.  Hopefully the same will happen for you as well.

Hi Pamela, yeah I can understand that, I feel like that when I get outside or about drive. Makes me wonder if it's my anxiety causing that feeling too, hard to know. Or our bodies are still trying to get used to the new dose. I wish I knew the right answer and that's the frustrating part! Has your anxiety improved on sertraline?
