Hi sas
Have you seen a gp at all and are you on any medication.
We all get "down" some times and it's such a struggle.
If you are OK then not its sound like you are going though a bad patch
Could you speak to your husband at all tell him how you feel. I could never talk to mine he hated that I had depression thought it was my fault.
After 16 years I left he will never understand he was never willing too. Your husband maybe different to mine!!!
Sometimes we push those we love away just at the time we need them.
Talking is the best thing
Take care

Thank you so much for replying . My husband is so lovely and understanding .. I guess I feel I should have more chemistry with him and get frustrated that he is not more manly /assertive etc . Does this make sense ? It was like this From start but I told myself I would never meet someone who loved me as much .. and that still remains . However I just want to feel more engaged and animated . Does this sound daft ? Xx

I do take citalipram which helps to an extent but I seem to have this over active mind that just can't switch off /fixates on things xx

Hi sorry not replied sooner..
So glad you have an understanding husband.
It does not sound daft !!!
when you are with someone so long I think it's up to both of you to talk. Communication it sounds stupid but it's true.
Could you tell him how you feel. You maybe surprised at his answers.
Maybe suggest some things you would like to do together.
Love is a wonderful thing!!!
I am no expert at all but I know I've started a new relationship now communication is great that's something I never had before.
