Feeling down and confusing.

Hi.....every one..... I'm 50 years old lady and I'm new to here. I had this heartburn problem for quite long time, I think is about 15 years but all the time is not as bad as now. I had did 3 times of endoscopy and the last one I did was 3years ago. The result is all the same no ulcer, no cancer and only produce a lot of acid. Since last month I had a very bad heartburn till I admitted to the hospital twice and 3 times of A&E within a week. My Dr already gave me Nexium 40mg twice a day and Gaviscon Advance and yet the heartburn till now non stop, not only that I feel giddy, whole body like very heavy no energy to do anything, cannot drive, so down and scared. I really cannot take it anymore. It really sometimes confusing me too, is it heartburn or heart attack. And I'm going to die soon. Please help

    Hi I have suffered for 20 years with stomach reflux, I'm on30mg lanzparazol and peptac. I'm in menapause to and now I have really bad flare ups with acid, that bad I can go weeks without eating. Also stress can bring it on. Does sound like reflux to me. Hope this helps abit xx
