Feeling down, slight achey muscle feeling, heavy eyes, not feeling refreshed 24/7 for over a month

For over a month now, I've been feeling really down, it happened over night mysteriously, now every single day from the moment I wake up till I go to sleep, I feel like I haven't had a good nights sleep, yet I have no trouble sleeping, also my body in general feels like slugish and tense/achey feeling, my mind feels spaced out often. My muscles mostly when I'm sat and in bed feels like I want to stretch them all the time!

My eyes often throughout the day feel heavy/sting as if I need to sleep and never goes away, yet I'm not sleepy, also constant feeling hunger, yet when I eat something, the

hunger doesn't go away often. Other than that I'm fine health wise. I have really bad anxiety and worry over the littlest of things daily, I also have aspergers. Been to doctors to check for possible causes full blood count check etc, all come back fine. I'm starting to feel really depressed now, I dread going to sleep every night, knowing I will just feel the same the next day, I just want to feel better again. Anyone going through the same thing? Thanks.

Sounds a bit like chronic fatigue symptoms, may be caused by your chronic anxiety?

I blame anxiety/stress on everything, if you can calm the anxiety the symptoms will probably ease

I think that could be the most possible cause to be honest. Especially how it came on over night and not got better since, it's on my mind every second of the day, it's a horrible, I'm only 19 and study at college! Thank you for the response. smile

I know it's really difficult Kyle but avoid thinking about your symptoms sll of the time. As I've said in previous posts just carry on with your day as normal, let the symptoms/anxiety tag along I bet when you stop deelling on symptoms they'll soon ease

Good luck and keep us posted 😄
