Feeling down today

So today I go to the cupboard fridge and freezer and there is hardly anything left Side shopping tomorrow. Iv got no inspiration with the food I do have left. I'm really starting to struggle as all my food tastes so bland. I'm not even reaching my calorie intake each day. I use to love food and now I hate it, I dred meal times as I never know what to have. I love all meat and only tuna. I love salad, pasta veg and stuff but I hate cheese apart from laughing cow or Philli. I don't even know what to have in a sandwich anymore as can't have butter and I always have small amount of salad cream. It's getting me down so much. I'm dreading food shopping tomorrow as I have no idea what to get. Does anyone fancy writing a shopping list for me lol. I was going to follow the slimming world diet but it doesn't state how much fat per 100g there is george please help xx

Didn't you post teh same question last week? you can have philidelphia which is 3g per 100g it is the lightest one but i can't imagine it would have much taste there are load of things you can have. Mkae healthy alternatives to what you used to have. If there was nothing to eat on the tablets i would have died a year ago!
sandwiches yopu can have meat etc

venison is low in fat and so damn tasty. 100g is a generous portion at 2.9g
im making fat free smoothies too - frozen mixed fruit is dead easy if you cant be bothered to wash and chop! I blend with 0% yoghurt. Adding banana makes it really smooth

I really recommend you buy a few low fat or diet recipe books. I am working my way through my old weight watchers recipe books and finding loads of good recipes. On Sunday evening I made an entire low fat chinese meal for our family of five using only 3 tsp of sesame oil in 7 dishes of different food. It takes some time to find recipes and put a weeks menu in place but worth it because you don't have to worry about what to cook all week.
I have lists that I'm adding to regularly for sucessful breakfasts, lunches and suppers and I make sure the ingredients for these are in the fridge and cupboards at the start of the week. It's a real faff getting organised but worth it in the long run
