i had that checked out as well , The only thing it was low was vitamin D but I got that back to normal levels now , This is been going on since 2017 it started it I also went to Europe to visit family members and I went to the doctor there and I was told basically panic attacks and anxiety stress I’m having a hard to believe that that can cause that so I’m always worried there’s something else

I think a little bit of walking in the early mornings and after meals in the evening will help, I also feel the same and do walking. Hope this works!
