Feeling exhausted with my health

I don't know what is going on with my health. Firstly i had gastric problem for which i had endoscopy which turned out to be normal. Now for the last three months i have bowel disorders. I can't say it is diarrhea because it stops after 3 to 4 times day without any medicine. To overcome this problem i have visited GI specialist. He thought i have ibd and he gave me a course of two weeks then asked me to go for colonoscopy. I had it done and he said there is no ibd or any gi disease. He suggested me to take laxatives and i did it. I stopped after 2 weeks. But whatever medicine i take i can't get out of this bowel problem. Even i have completely changed my food intake now taking high fiber diet and drinking more liquids. Cut down all spicy food and yet there is no relief. I am completely exhausted with my health. My bowel movements irritating more in the morning as the day progresses i feel good and next day same story repeats

Could be IBS if nothing else is showing up.  Keeping seeing your doctor to get a diagnosis.

Try a good 50 billion probiotic from health food store.    Flora critical care 50 billion worked for me and I am still taking it and can eat at anything again..

I don't understand how laxatives would help with this situation. Can you explain that? Do you find that these episodes are triggered by a specific food? You may have a food intolerance for example lactose (dairy products). If it's IBS there is medication to keep that under control. I would maybe look for another GI doctor. Diet is important. Eat a basic, bland diet.
