Feeling faint, agitated, short of breath for 4 months

About 4 months ago, after being on Fluoxetine for depression for 5 days, I woke up feeling very dizzy and shaky, like I was having a panic attack. I thought this was caused by side effects of the medication so I stopped taking it immediately.
4 months later and every day, 24/7 I feel extremely faint, like I haven't had anything to eat or drink for days when I am eating and drinking pretty healthily. I also feel like I'm not getting a satisfying breath when I breathe in so I'm sighing a lot, I have a blood oxygen meter and it's always around 94-97% so I have enough oxygen
I'm also feeling very agitated and anxious because of these symptoms which are just making them worse. I am having CBT for my mental health and the doctor has given me Diazepam which doesn't really seem to help.
Some days I manage to calm the anxiety down, but I still can't relax and the dizziness/faint feeling is still there. I am also finding exercise impossible as it just makes all my symptoms 10 times worse
I am also experiencing GI issues, as soon as I eat anything my stomach starts gurgling and I can feel lots of movement of gas and I burp and fart.
I have been to the doctor and had several blood tests, an ECG, a chest X-ray and they haven't found anything wrong with me yet.
I have been assuming it's mental because I do suffer from anxiety fairly badly, but the symptoms are here 24/7. In the past my anxiety has gotten better and worse throughout the day but I'm feeling like this all the time and it seems to be just getting worse.
There are 2 things which match the symptoms I have and they are dysautonomia and pulmonary hypertension which both sound awful and I'm terrified about what's happening to me. My doctor has referred me to a cardiologist, a psychiatrist, and a gastroenterologist and at the moment I am waiting for those referrals to come through.
I'm really scared, and I'm really really hoping this is just awful anxiety, does anyone have any advice or has anyone been through anything similar?
Thanks

Hi Matt,
It sounds as if you have a combination of low blood pressure and massive anxiety. I really don't think you need to consult Dr. Google in a search for exotic diagnoses.
You're lucky to have a good GP who's ready to refer you to several different specialists. These are pretty rare in the UK these days! Nothing is going to happen to you during the time you're waiting to see the specialists. Just try to stop worrying too much. I'm a former nur se btw.
